Yeah er...over the past few weeks lights have been failing every time I got near them. I'm drawing in power from every available source, getting stronger by the day but I still can't access it. It's pretty much driving me insane. Just to be so full of power but not being capable to do anything wit it. And I keep wanting more. I might just get up on the roof and scream what's happening to me in a very dramatic way. No I won't. Any suggestions on what to do about this, anyone?
I dont know much about that kind of stuff, Im sure Zak would know more. But if I had to give some advice, I would say try to subdue your aura, so it cannot come in contact with the electrical aura surrounding the lights. It wont stunt your psychic growth any, but it will keep you from damaging anything around you.
I seem to have an affinity with doorbells. Wherever I go doorbells ring even when I don't press them and, wierdly, even when they are not connected.
I think Mike has given some good advice. I think that you need to be careful when taking in all this power that when you access it it does not just blow the top of your head off.
You need to learn to control the speed of the flow so that you can regulate how much energy you are taking in and putting out and can have more control when you access the whole thing at once.

I know, but I just don't seem to become conscious of this flow, it's not something I appear to control. I mean I can control my conscious feeding, and my unconscious feeding through feeding consciously, but still I just can't prevent this from happening...o...{censored}...I just pretty much blew the lightbulb in the kitchen.
Wierd. Have you thought that since you woke to your fallen identity that you may be connecting with a different type of energy altogether. If that is the case maybe you should concentrate first on recognising the energy - where it is coming from, what it feels like (as I am typing this I am getting an impression of almost a shadow energy, like a ghost of the energy we take from living things - by that I do not mean weaker, just less physical. I know that's an odd thing to say about psychic energy but it;s the sense I am getting of it). When you can identify it and recognise it maybe then you can learn to control it.
Reading over this it does not make much sense but it was a kind of sense that came to me strongly when I was writing so I am going to go with it in case it means anything to you
No; I get it. You may be on to something. On the other hand I feel I'm taking in this energy for other reasons than erm...'daily purposes', so I suppose it's happening for a reason... There's so little information available on this subject...it can get frustrating at times.
Absolutely. Do you think it is 'angel energy'? Maybe you are turning into a kind of psychic beacon to attract others of your kind and that;s why lightbulbs find you so attractive
Perhaps your initial suggestion of going up onto the roof and screaming is not such a bad one.
You sound as if you need to earth this energy and release it and yourself before you have so much that any uncontrolled release might actually harm you. I find screaming into the wind an excellent way of giving excess energy back to the universe, where I trust it will know what best to do with it.
A fire would take some as light will always be attracted to light. Or if that is not an option if you meditate using candles try and let the candle flame draw some.
Also a thunder storm might be really useful about now, if you are an elemental perhaps one of those might be the answer.
I know nothing about angel beacons but it does sound feasible and I would try to find some time to sit quietly outdoors and simply ask any angels or higher beings you believe in if they would perhaps be kind enough to give you a hint as to what all this might be for. You never know, they may be listening.
