well basically, i have two friends who are really cool people, and they claim to be vampyres, i would love to believe they exist and they have done some pretty incredible things to convnice me that they are real, but im still not positive, and they offered to turn me and i really want it to be true so i can be a vampyre to, so a little about them, there rouge vampyres because they say there more powerful then most and thats why they choose not to follow the black veil, they have told me a lot about being a vampyre and it sounds very appealing to me, to be honest though im not interested in the strenght, the speed, the physical and mental stuff, but being a part of something big you know? like if i am turned, i dont think ill be rouge because i actually like following rules and stuff, but if any of you know these people i and could tell me if there telling the truth it would be much appreciated, i already asked if i could put there facebook links on this site and they said it was ok, you probably wont recognize the girl from the name cause she has a different one for facebook but the pictures should help

Vampirism is something that you are born with. You cannot catch it like a disease and you cannot give it to anyone else. You cannot be made into a Vampire. You either are one or you're not. For your own safety, please take great care with their promises, however well you may think you know them, they may not be all that they seem.
It does not matter what they call themselves, Rouge/Noir/Crimson/ there is no Vampire that is more important than any other. We all have different gifts that we use in different ways.
Ask them about the 'Sînge Roşu', and see what they say.
Also there is no Vampire 101, nowhere does it say that Vampires MUST follow the Black Veil. The ideas set down in the original (NOT the one by Michelle Bellanger) are merely guidelines to help Vampires stay safe in an unfriendly world. Personally I find the ideas useful, and the advice to be excellent, but free will still exists in this universe, and so the choice is, as always, yours and theirs.
If you have come to this site because you are curious about us, without being critical or judgemental then you are already part of something big.
We welcome you as one of our number, without you having to be anything but yourself. To us here on this forum, you are special enough, just as you are.

I truly hope you find what you seek, either here or elsewhere, but please please be careful of promises of turning, unless the Vampire essence is inside you already, for you becoming one will never be possible. But you ARE special already, you don't need to be a Vampire.
Though who knows, you may be one already, just waiting to awaken to your true nature.
Read some of the things posted on the forum, and see how they make you feel.
However you got here, maybe here is just where you need to be right now.

haha thanks guys, i kinda posted the same thing twice cause im used to on other sites seeing the posts right away, but anyway, i know her past is egyption, and that she had a history of vampyrism in her family tree, however i have no idea about mine, all i know about myself from a vampyres standpoint is that i have a particularly strong smelling essance that she is very attracted to? so i really dont know what that means, maybe my family does have a history of vampyrism, i kinda hope it does because i really want to be one, but thanks for the info guys its really helpful

once again...i personally dont believe your friends i think their probably more "scene vamps" so they dress in black and are like "i vant to suck your blaad"

Your friends do sound a little like they're into the Vampire scene, but not actually Vampires. It's much more hard work than you'd imagine, and it's not always a glamorous lifestyle either. After a while all the lace on your cuffs starts trailing in your soup.....

haha, i dont know, ive seen some crazy things happen around them, like they could tell when one of my friends was bleeding without seeing it, like they were looking at me and my friend was behind them and he accidently slit his finger and they like instantly froze cause they hadnt fed in a long time, and i also saw a 125 pound girl bench about 250 pounds ten times, when i got down on the machine i couldnt budge the bar and im not exactly the weakest person at my school

I suppose with a keen sense of smell and the extra strength they could be kin of some kind, but as Vampires such strength is not unusual, nor that impressive to be honest with you!
The reaction to the unseen cut is not indicative of Vampirism either, as Were-wolves and Were-cats would have exactly the same reaction.
I will not say they are not Vampires because without having met them of course I cannot say that, but from what you have said, if they are Vampires, then they are not as special as they believe themselves to be. Vampires have many abilities, and if they truly ARE Vampires then none of the things you describe your friends as having are unusual, and they certainly would not make them stand out in a crowd of Vampires.
The turning is not possible, but if they met more Vampires they would see just how many others can do all of the other things they claim for themselves. In truth, all that, and much more!

Me too. I would think that it would be easy enough to tell within a fairly short time whether they are on the level or not. Would that be possible Vendetta? Do you think they would be brave enough to face us?
