well from my view on life anything can be achieved through meditation...
so pretty much heres my way to m-shift it was originally taught to me by a friend of mine...some of the older members would know about him...
Find a quiet place to relax backyard is good a local park/oval is also good..where ever you feel comfortable..but dont try and be cool and make a scene of it because police will generally try to remove you if you do it in a public place such as the sidewalk.....so dont be like oh everyone look at me because you wont achieve anything by doing that its all about self sacrafice and not always being the center of attention.
sit cross legged with hands in a meditative positionMeditative Position
close you eyes and count from 1 to 30 then from 30 to 1 breathing for each count take it slowly and dont rush it
once this is done your head should be a little clearer of outside distractions and it should also be clearer internally
NOTE: IT MAY TAKE LONGER THAN 60 COUNTS TO CLEAR YOUR HEAD JUST KEEP GOING UNTIL IT WORKS.
Once your head is clear invision a forest and you are flying through that forest high above the tree tops then you slowly start to fly lower and lower until you fly over a rock...a rock you say? yes a rock!
whats so special about this rock? This rock has your were side on it i.e..a fox..a red fox to be precise...
why a red fox haydos? well guys its because thats my were side
not a wolf? no not all weres are wolfs...dont forget the were skunk..
but enough of that
once you see your were side sleeping on the rock/tree/water (depending on your were type.. think logical a fish wont be sleeping in a tree but your mind should take care of this for you)
once you see your were side sleeping imagine flying into it at full speed not slowing down at all until you go into the body of the were you should now be in the first person view of the fox once that happens get off the rock slowly and walk around through the forest just chilling out having a good time..
once you've done that and your ready to be "human" again find the rock/tree/lake that you originally got off and place your were back onto it
NOTE: THIS ISNT 100% NECCESARY BUT IF YOU DONT...HOW WOULD YOU LIKE BE TO UNCONCIOUS IN A FOREST?
and let it sleep again then let your self fly out of it and away you go...
NOTE: DONT JUST WAKE UP OR YOUR WERE SIDE WILL BE STILL BONDED WITH YOUR HUMAN SIDE THIS MAY SEEM COOL BUT IT REALLY ISNT
to wake up slowly bring yourself back to conciousness then do the "Sixty-Count" once you've done that slowly open your eyes and walk away feeling more at peace with your self =]
