This is for al the people that want to actually try and do a physical shift tho u must be warned if you do actually do this you WILL feel pain

"The first thing to do is relax. You must be fully relaxed for this to work. I suggest you sit against something. Next you need to picture your wolf body and will yourselft to become it. Bring yourself into thinking that and you will become your wolf.

Concentrate on this and then your arm or leg muscles will begen to get restless or actually hurt! Don't worry! The pain only exhists the first time. Continue on concentrating and do NOT fight the pain. Fighting it will only make it worse and stop the shift. Eventually you will shift.

Caution!! The first couple of times you may black out!! This is normal but you may become a danger to people around you. What I recomend you do is go into your room and lock the door.

To shift back to your human form, all you need to do is the same as above. Relax and will yourself back into your human form. Or you can just curl up and go to sleep. You will normal wake up back in your human form. (Your body and mind will revert to the form they are most happy in.)"

Now i dont want any of you people coming back within the next week say OH I'VE done it cause I will know for a fact that that is some BS to full p-shift takes months of practice I still havent been able 2 do it fully tho I can shift my eye color
WOW I'm lucky. Wolfie you say you can change your eyecolor now I could always do that naturally. I guess I took that gift for granted.

That freaks my daughter out when I do it.
Mind you I freak myself out when I look in the mirror because I see the kin part of myself in my eyes rather than the human one.
I am fine seeing it in others but for some reason I find it a bit odd in myself.
perhaps if I ever look another phoenix in the eyes I will see why it makes me feel wierd.

i think it would be cool 2 look into another kins eyes who have also changed
I took a random shot at this, not expecting much and I experienced a uncomfortable/restless feeling in my arms and legs and my right side. I didn't get much further than that. I am going to attempt to change my eye color later.
