Hello all I wasn't born a were as some of you may know and I was wondering what life was like for others like me and how you control yourselves. Werewolfs only plase or tips that are common in all kin
mokay well i doubt your story a bit but thats alright

life is great meditation and m shifts are deff the way to go
You have said that you are interested in Zen Haydos, is there anything within that which you think might be particularly helpful with helping kin to awaken and come to terms with themselves.
Well, Skeeze I was born the way I am and life is good for the most part, yet extremely confusing and scary at times.
well from my view on life anything can be achieved through meditation...

so pretty much heres my way to m-shift it was originally taught to me by a friend of mine...some of the older members would know about him...


Find a quiet place to relax backyard is good a local park/oval is also good..where ever you feel comfortable..but dont try and be cool and make a scene of it because police will generally try to remove you if you do it in a public place such as the sidewalk.....so dont be like oh everyone look at me because you wont achieve anything by doing that its all about self sacrafice and not always being the center of attention.

sit cross legged with hands in a meditative positionMeditative Position

close you eyes and count from 1 to 30 then from 30 to 1 breathing for each count take it slowly and dont rush it
once this is done your head should be a little clearer of outside distractions and it should also be clearer internally

NOTE: IT MAY TAKE LONGER THAN 60 COUNTS TO CLEAR YOUR HEAD JUST KEEP GOING UNTIL IT WORKS.



Once your head is clear invision a forest and you are flying through that forest high above the tree tops then you slowly start to fly lower and lower until you fly over a rock...a rock you say? yes a rock!
whats so special about this rock? This rock has your were side on it i.e..a fox..a red fox to be precise...

why a red fox haydos? well guys its because thats my were side

not a wolf? no not all weres are wolfs...dont forget the were skunk..

but enough of that

once you see your were side sleeping on the rock/tree/water (depending on your were type.. think logical a fish wont be sleeping in a tree but your mind should take care of this for you)

once you see your were side sleeping imagine flying into it at full speed not slowing down at all until you go into the body of the were you should now be in the first person view of the fox once that happens get off the rock slowly and walk around through the forest just chilling out having a good time..

once you've done that and your ready to be "human" again find the rock/tree/lake that you originally got off and place your were back onto it

NOTE: THIS ISNT 100% NECCESARY BUT IF YOU DONT...HOW WOULD YOU LIKE BE TO UNCONCIOUS IN A FOREST?

and let it sleep again then let your self fly out of it and away you go...

NOTE: DONT JUST WAKE UP OR YOUR WERE SIDE WILL BE STILL BONDED WITH YOUR HUMAN SIDE THIS MAY SEEM COOL BUT IT REALLY ISNT


to wake up slowly bring yourself back to conciousness then do the "Sixty-Count" once you've done that slowly open your eyes and walk away feeling more at peace with your self =]
That post is amazing Haydos.
It sounds like a really good way to connect to your were side, not only for the very first time, but for all the times after that aswell.
Well explained too, it should be easily understandable by all.

It makes me wish I had a were side to connect to, I would love to be able to see things from a totally new perspective like that. To experience the world from a new and completely different point of view would be awesome.
I think that it would make an excellent post for the information section, if you are agreeable Haydos and no-one else has any objections. I think new members could learn a lot from it. Let me know what you think OK?

One thing I will say though is that while you are meditating and your mind is 'in' your wereside your physical body will be extremely vulnerable here. Please make sure you are somewhere completely safe before you leave your body. I'm sure you do Haydos, but I wouldn't want anything to happen to you while 'you' weren't around to stop it, if you see what I mean. :)

Thank you Haydos, that was fab. As Camille said it makes me wish that I had a were side to experience. It sounds so freeing.

I think it would be a great idea to put that in the information section.

and yeah deffinetly make your the place you are is safe i do it in my bed or my backyard but yeah if those places arnt practible then find somewhere but if your meditating and you do get attacked your mind will race back to protect itself and your brain will reboot with the "were software" and you will most likely maul the person so lets prevent that...


but its a completely different experience like my fox stepped on a thorn and it actually hurt....i have another way of doing it but i cant be bothered writing it now..
Many Weres and therians will find as time goes on that they become more and more linked to the were side, in some cases becoming completely integrated.
Thats also quite often the reason Weres move out of town.
There are so many smells, sounds and sights mixed with the heightened psychic levels that it becomes a lot to experience all at once and you can end up feeling very hemmed in by it all.
I know it's a bit cliche and Hollywood but this is one fact where they did get it right.
Canines especially finds large numbers of people disturbing and common feelings are:-
Claustrophobia, Fear and Aggression.
Visiting wild spaces is a great way of letting out the general negativity caused by "too much people"

Yeah no joke...although i dont think anyone likes feeling boxed in...
NOTE: This is why you should keep your were side seperate...
example: I was in town today chilling in this alley way with this girl and we were just chillin out when this group of guys come down the alley way they stood around where me and the girl were talking amongst themselves i didnt really think much of them although i was trying to listen to their conversation as the longer they stood there the more aggressive and threatned i felt. The girl i was with also got this vibe maybe from me or her own senses and then we got up to leave and as we did the group surrounded us and asked for my phone and which point i was starting to feel rather angry towards these people blocking me in so i began to growl under my breath and as the adrenaline kicks in i pushed one of the guys (the one blocking my way out of the alley) he then pushed me back and his friends seemed to back off after i emmited a large growl at him
his friend then stood in and grabbed him and stared him down and said "do you really want to get the shiz get beaten out of you because we wont have your back on this one" now wether that was because they thought he was an idiot or wether they felt a little fear at my growls if i hadnt had my were side slightly controlled i probably would have mauled off his face
