If you were able to put together a film about Otherkin, not just vampyres but any or all kin what story would you tell and who would you pick for your main cast?

I would like to tell the story of a young kin awakening in today's world. He would start off by dabbling with the occult and getting into trouble with demons and then be saved by a dark and mysterious vampyre lady with whom he would have an intense fling. She would initiate him into the vampyre community and then he would fall in love with a young were cat and eventually end up being the leader of all the kin in the area and they would all unite in a beautiful ceremony under the full moon

Young kin - I wanted to say Johnny Depp but he is a little old so I have to settle for Daniel Radcliffe (only because I couldnt think of any other young actor and I think he would look cute with long hair)
Young kin's father - brad pitt
Young kin's mother - Jenifer Anniston (just to be cruel)
Bad Witch - Angelica Houston
Good Witch - Cate Blanchette
Sexy vampyre lady - Nicole Kidman (but only if Camille couldnt do it)
Bautiful young were - someone who looks like Winona Ryder but younger

Props to having Daniel Radcliffe in it!

I think that Angelina Jolie would play a good evil witch...

Kin's Mother, I would say Charleze Theron...
Father is good but it would be cool if Johnny Depp played him...
I would throw a brother in there and make him Orlando Bloom!

My movie would have a strong heroine who would come to her awakening at an early age and would come to the realization that she can't live her whole live as the avenger of the weak... She gets kidnapped by a cruel vampire warlord whose younger brother falls in love with this captive vampiress. The two go on this whirl-wind adventure and along the way befriend teen orphans who are also like them... they travel to haunted towns and try to release trapped souls for the greater good.

Kyo (Johnny's cat who turns out to be a vampire cursed to live as a cat until he finds love): Takeshi Kaneshiro (also from House of Flying Daggers)


Yeah... the list that I wrote above is based on the characters from my book... It's still in the process but I hope it comes out soon!

Sounds fantastic. Cant help but wonder why Daniel Radcliffe is not in your version though. Surely he would fit in there fine. Have you seen the pictures of him in Equus. Harry Potter certainly did him no favours in showcasing his sexuality...but then I suppose it wasnt supposed to

Well, in my movie there's really that Daniel fits the description for... With the male characters one is mid/late-twenties (Clark) who is a bit of the handsome nerd but more athletic than the average nerd, one is about Late-thirties/early-forties (Andrew) who is a bit like Scarface, the other is a 17 year old Japanese kid with orange hair (Kyo) who was originally born in Pre-european Japan...

Hmmm, I see what you mean, although I think that Daniel could play a 20somthing handsome nerd without too much trouble

The think is he doesn't look older than the guy I want to play Kyo...

Good point. You are just going to have to write in a new part just for him. Or you could just have him as an extra hanging around in the background looking brooding and sulky.
