I have always found it interesting how the image of the dark fallen angel, given that it has been epitomised as the pinacle of evil by organised religion, has been treated time and time again as a romantic, erotic and highly attractive one.
What is it about the image that has endured and survived millenia of bad press to still touch a spot within us that is not only accepting but actively welcoming.
Try to keep it clean guys. But I would be interested in your deepest darkest thoughts on this one
in the research i have done into the fallen and even Angels and demons i think organised religions dont know what they are talking about mostly and in some instances its staring at them from there own books
the only real description through the bible of an angel is the form a a cherabime (know my spelling is bad) and its goes something along the lines of faces of a cat and a bird and four sets of wings ..... not the pretty lil baby type thing most think they know about
in older hebrew texts the Arch angel mechieal is said to be of huge stature leather clad armour red skin and leathery wings ever more the warrior with a firey sword held aloft in fact if you look at most of the angelics job discriptions you can see things like the grim reaper coming out.
most of the omited books of the bible such as the book of enoch carry diffrent messages that the modern church dont really want the general masses to have as this is the book that mentions the second big falling of the angels and of course God being onipitent didnt see it comeing as it goes one of his watchers informed him of the procedings of the beging of the Nephalim and the Angelics on earth falling in love with the daughters of eve *then linking in things like the falling of Azazel*
sorry ranting away there
I dont feel that all the Fallen fell as in from the grace of God but fell as a choosing of there own accord but thats a debate in its self
if anyone gets the chance or has already read the lesser keys of soloman "the Goatia"
it is ai find some what confusing that the keys are mentioned as demons but are controled from God still mabey theres still a fine line there or mabey from the descriptions of the cherobime to the descriptions of the demons from the goatia all things above and below arent as pretty as there made out to be and all the new age hype just now on " feelings of you and your Angel" are just that publicity and moey making
Preist
Well I don't believe in god so that lets me out!
There have been a few times that the concept of God has cropped up with the Fallen. So I'll try and get the message across in only a few words .... which for me can be very difficult.
The concept of 'God' and 'angels' that most people think of is based on christianity and the christian heritage most of us have been brought up within. The bible is a politically edited book, written by humanity to attempt to understand the Source, the polarised energies of the universe and some Kin that work as guides and guardians. So when looking at Angels, Grigori, the Fallen etc etc please don't think of us in terms of what the bible says or suggests. The information that was left in the bible after the Apocrypha was removed, is only the basic outline of the original tale, and that was written and added to the bible many, many years after the events took place.
You are right Preist that there were two times when Malak'h fell...... the first was with the Morning Star, the second was with Semyaza and Azaz'el. Depending on your view, the Morning Star was covenanted. Semyaza and Azaz'el and the others with them fell for love and for disobeying the lores of Grigori society. Well, that and other things!!!
Hope this clarifies in some small way.
Well at least I can now believe in you HollowMan. Since after your explanation I do not need to believe in god to believe in the Fallen.
Happy now.

You dont want to start believing in Jay Camille it will only give him delusions. It is much safer to convince yourself that he is only a figment of your imagination brought on by too much cheese before bedtime.......hehe. You know I am joking really bro.

I should have made myself more clear obviously!
It was not so much HollowMan I was happy to now be able to believe in, more the Fallen of which he is a member.
I often eat cheese before bedtime, and it never gives me figments like that thank goodness.

That is a relief Camille. He would be impossible if he started to think that people believed in him...more impossible than he already is (

)
People believe in me? There could be crowds of people out there who start believing in me..... I could become a god! All praise to the Hollow Man!!!!!

See....I blame you Camille (

)
