I know that on ABC family they have a 3 part show playing about The Fallen, and it's playing all weekend, so if you live in the US, try to tune into ABC Family, and check it out. I know it started here at 5pm Central time.

ok, so pretty much, here's a reccap of what I caught of the show, seeing I missed the first part of it, but basically, the story line is about a kid who comes into angelic powers in his teens, most likely when he turns 18 I think it is, and begins having dreams of the apocalypse, and of himself doing horrendous things, such as killing people and what not. Well, as the story progresses, he finds out that he is the "Redeemer", a Nephilim, half human, half angel. There is a prophesy that states that the Redeemer will return all the Fallen to the realm of heaven. Which turns out to be true in the show, every time he returns a fallen to heaven, he becomes marked on his arms with the name of the fallen that he returns. He runs from people alled "Powers", angels sent to earth to put to death all nephilim still living on Earth. So he goes through the show, running from the angels, returning the fallen to heaven. Then he meets Azazel, who struck a deal with Lucifer, The Morning Star, for Azazel to bring the Redeemer to him. As it turns out, the Redeemer is Lucifer's son, and was created only to allow Lucifer return to heaven to try to take over heaven once more. But the Redeemer refuses to do as he asks, and ends up sending Lucifer back to his prison in Hell.
Over all, it was a really good show.
Anyways, hope that helps as somewhat of a description of the show.
Thank you Darksilence for the review and the link.
I am a bit shellshocked.
I suppose that it is a good thing that the fallen are suddenly being talked about again but it is so annoying when people get the facts so far wrong. In the same way as it is annoying as a vampyre to see films where we dissolve in sunlight or with holy water.

-chuckles softly and nods in agreement- Yes, I duly agree with that Chakira, it does become quite annoying when they do get things wrong. But, I must say, it was pretty good for entertainment purposes. I quite enjoyed the types of swords that they used throughout the movie during the fighting scenes, especially the ones they used during the fight between the the Redeemer and Lucifer were quite nice. Anyways, I enjoyed it for viewing purposes only, not for actual fact.

Sounds cool. If it crosses the pond I shall certainly give it a go, if only for the swords. I LOVE swords

I'm a big fan of swords myself, as well as daggers and certain knives as well. I have a nice double edged dagger of my own for now, till I can get around to buying more -s-.
