I'm not so into luck, I think that you make your own luck.

I think this is an interesting subject so I am going to move it to its own topic, I hope no one minds.

It is a huge subject which I am very interested in.

I have considered for some time about luck / chance versus pre destination and I have come to the conclusion that there is a mix of both.

I think that there are certain things within your life that are preordained, for example your parents, background, time of death, certain important events such as children, meeting certain people etc.

Beyond that the detail of your life, the way you live it, what you make of it etc is down to free will and this is where the luck comes in,

To a certain extent you do make your own luck in that the law of rebound/Karma etc applies. The more good energies you put out the more good you get back.

i dont know i think there is luck but my school teachs other wise so yea i dont know i do think there is luck

Ibelieve in destiny but I'm not so sure about luck. I think that I'm destined to marrying someone with green eyes and I'm destined to have three children with him. But I don't think I'd be lucky if it did happen...

Destiny and Luck.
Wow, though always desputed, they can get very deep. As destiny is something that will happen no matter what, and luckis spontaneous good things happening with you... Hm, I have problems with them all.

Destiny. If somethign is to happen wihtout change, then what is the future then?
Cannot one change their future? If so, cannot one change their destiny(ies)?

Luck, if there is luck, then why is there bad luck? Is there any medium luck or is that just normal?
So you found some money in a parking lot... What if it was destiny to find it?
BUT then! What ifyou did a spell to find the money, and forgot about it.
What if you just wanted money, so you kept a close eye for some.

Too many variables.

So that, as this has been said around, is my two cents. XD

That's just it, there are to many variables for me to believe in Luck
